Let's go for tapas

Tapas have become one of the hallmarks of Spanish gastronomy, one of our most successful and widely accepted exports around the world. Going out for tapas is a great way to relax and spend time with friends. Enjoying these exquisite bites, sometimes presented as miniature works of art, paired with a good wine is the plan we suggest.

Finding the perfect symbiosis between food and wine is the secret to a successful pairing.

Let's go for tapas
Our proposal is to share a good time talking about wine, enjoying the pleasure of combining tastes.  and to seek out textures. Foods that enhance their flavor when paired with a specific wine, and wines that express themselves powerfully alongside the perfect bite.
We will taste three wines of different varieties and geographical areas with three exquisite tapas prepared in the kitchens of La Baranda.
I present to you those who will be taking the stage:
Ø  Toasted bread with goat cheese and caramelized onion, which we will accompany with a white wine with aging and character.
Ø  Raff tomato toast  with Iberian ham and Parmesan cheese accompanied by a  A red wine friend aged in oak barrels with much to say.
Ø  Foie gras toast with Pedro Ximénez reduction with a very special companion that will bring us the joy of the warm lands of Southern Spain.
All that remains for me to say is… Cheers and enjoy your meal!!
