Description

ENTRE CEPAS Gift Card. A unique option. It has an open date and is valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. You can choose the workshop you like best from those listed on our website.
Simply contact us to check the availability of your chosen workshop and finalize your booking. Furthermore, if you need to make any changes to your booking after it has been made, you can do so up to 72 hours in advance.
The card must be used within its validity date. No extensions allowed.

  • The activity must be completed before the indicated expiration date, as the validity period will not be extended. The voucher cannot be used after its expiration date.
  • Check dates and book your appointment well in advance. Arrive on the scheduled day and time 10 minutes before the activity begins, with your booking confirmation email printed or on your mobile device so we can verify your order details.
  • Please be punctual to enjoy the full duration of the activity. Entry will not be permitted more than 30 minutes after the start time.
  • Once the purchase has been made, no changes or returns are allowed.
  • Only people are allowed entry Adults only (18+). No minors allowed. neither alone nor accompanied.
  • If you wish to modify your reservation, you must contact us by email at reservas@entre-cepas.com at least 72 hours in advance
  • If you are unable to attend on the reserved date, another person may attend in your place provided you inform us of their details 72 hours in advance.
  • The activities require a minimum number of attendees to take place; if this minimum is not reached, we will notify you by email to offer you a new date.
  • If you do not show up for the appointment, you will lose your reservation with no possibility of doing the activity on another day.
  • The center will be closed in August.

NOTE: A minimum group size is required for the activity. If this minimum is not reached, we will notify you and offer an alternative date. If you do not attend on the scheduled date, the voucher will be considered used.
