Tharsys Payment It is a family-run winery and organic vineyard located in Requena, Valencia, Spain. It is surrounded by approximately 14 hectares of organic vineyards. The original winery dates back to 1808 and retains its underground cellar excavated in limestone rock, which is now used for aging their cavas and wines. Their motto “Unique by nature”"reflects the commitment to the organic viticulture, renewable energies, protection of local fauna and flora and respectful agricultural practices.
