Tasting the colors of Jerez is a journey to the South of Spain and its albariza soils that turn these wines into oenological jewels full of magic and color.

We've organized the "Colors of Jerez" tasting to celebrate International Sherry Week. This tasting will reveal the magic of these wines from southern Spain, whose unique character is shaped by the albariza soil where the vines grow and their distinctive aging process using the solera and criadera system.
Through tasting 5 wines We will see the evolution of the different styles of Jerez and their colors, from the pale of fino to the opacity of pedro ximénez, passing through oloroso, amontillado and palo cortado.

In a relaxed chat, we'll explain how these unique wines are made and aged. We'll discuss the differences between biological and oxidative aging, and much more that will make you fall in love with these wines full of character.
We will accompany the tasting with 5 small bites which will complete the experience and allow us to enjoy a fun afternoon in good company
