Activities with a fixed date cannot be cancelled. Only gift card reservations can be cancelled, provided you notify us by email 72 hours in advance of the activity date.

A minimum of 10 and a maximum of 20.

If I've been given an activity as a gift that I don't like, can I exchange it for another one?

You can exchange your activity for another of the same price or pay the difference if it is more expensive. Under no circumstances can you exchange it for a lower-priced activity and request a refund of the difference.

Can someone else attend in my place?

Yes, no problem, but it's advisable to let us know about the change of assistant so we can verify their identity.
