The winemaking process is equally meticulous: the grapes are transported at low temperatures to preserve their quality, followed by controlled skin maceration that enhances their aromas. After gentle pressing and selection of the best musts, the wine ferments in stainless steel at a controlled temperature, and then rests on its fine lees for three months, gaining body and complexity.
