  • Please be punctual to enjoy the full duration of the activity. Entry will not be permitted more than 30 minutes after the start time.
  • Once the purchase has been made, no changes or returns are allowed.

  • If you do not show up for the appointment, you will lose your reservation with no possibility of doing the activity on another day.
  • The center will be closed in August.

NOTE: A minimum group size is required for the activity. If this minimum is not reached, we will notify you and offer an alternative date. If you do not attend on the scheduled date, the voucher will be considered used.
