Wine Fusion | The major wine event at Madrid Fusion

For the fourth consecutive year, ENOFUSION opens its doors on January 27, 28 and 29, within the framework of MadridFusion.

The great annual gastronomy event has been complemented for the past three years by another sector that is increasingly gaining popularity in our country: wine and its production.

An event where professionals and specialized press come together to meet with wineries, producers and processors, and winemakers…

ENOFUSION It will have its usual spaces:

THE WINE CENTER: where you can enjoy exceptional tastings due to their interest and uniqueness, presentations by relevant personalities within the world of wine, presentation of new products and new vintages….
This year we will have The presence of Bodegas Torres, Freixenet, Dinastía Vivanco, Ramón Bilbao, Château Margaux, Nomacorc, the unique and well-received tastings by Makro, the great Albariño wines from Rías Baixas, the emblematic Jerez wines, or the unique tastings of sake and Iberian ham or Beefeater gin

The 2014 Enofusión Awards will be presented to Marisol Bueno and Rafael Palacios.

ENOBAR: A free tasting area for attendees, where they will find a carefully curated selection of wines from different varieties, styles, and appellations, each with a detailed tasting note. This year, the second edition of the "Best of Enobar" competition will take place within this area. Attendees will be able to vote for their favorite wine, which will receive a seal awarded by the organizers in recognition of this achievement.

EXPO WAREHOUSES: A bright and open space with representation from different wineries, consortia, distributors…, bringing them closer to the attendees, facilitating communication and a different way of showcasing their wines and activities.

One of the major new features and improvements of the congress for 2014 is the greater openness of Madrid Fusión to the professional public, specialized public and gastronomy enthusiasts seeking greater excellence.
