In Between the Vines We strongly believe that you learn about wine by drinking it… but also by reading about it. Before we get into the subject, one clarification: We haven't read Santi Rivas's book., Although we have followed the conversation and some of the controversy surrounding the concept of wine lover. Without getting into debates that don't contribute much, we believe that wine allows for many perspectives and that reading different opinions—calmly and critically—is always healthy.
