The 2011 edition of Madrid Fusión brings good news to wine lovers.
On January 25, 26, and 27, Madrid will once again transform into a "grand kitchen." The world's best chefs will present their culinary masterpieces, much like haute couture designers about to walk the runway.
International gastronomy has an important event at the highest level and for the first time wine will have the leading role it deserves at Enofusión.
The novelty of this IX International Gastronomy Congress will be to become the meeting point, tasting and presentation of great brands, bringing us closer to the best wines and wineries of the moment.
Two initiatives stand out within this new proposal: The Wine Bar, which will remain open throughout the Madrid Fusión event and where visitors can taste exceptional wines from around the world with complete information on varieties, origins, and production methods; and the Wine Center, where various activities will be held to reveal a new way of understanding the world of wine and its culture.
Let's hope the initiative is well received and that we are witnessing the beginning of an important love story between wine and gastronomy.
