Pago de Tharsys es una bodega familiar y viñedo ecológico situado en Requena, Valencia, España. Se encuentra rodeada de aproximadamente 14 ha de viñedo ecológico. La bodega original data de 1808 y conserva su cava subterránea excavada en roca caliza, que hoy se utiliza para la crianza de sus cavas y vinos. Su lema “Únicos por naturaleza” refleja el compromiso con la viticultura ecológica, energías renovables, protección de la fauna y flora locales y prácticas agrícolas respetuosas.
