In the latest edition of FITUR 2026 —that tourism fair that brings together the best of the sector every year at IFEMA, Madrid— the City Council of Boadilla del Monte He presented an initiative that is generating a lot of discussion: the mark of quality Boadilla Gastronomy.
It is a unique quality seal Created to showcase the local culinary richness, give visibility to the best restaurants and businesses in the municipality, and also attract those of us who seek memorable gastronomic experiences!
The key: it's not just a pretty badge. This seal relies on criteria of excellence, experience and commitment to local gastronomy, valuing everything from the product to the attention and creativity of each proposal.
One of the most interesting aspects of the project is Boadilla Experiences, a dynamic in which participating restaurants offer proposals open to the public that are then evaluated according to the real experience of those who experienced them.
This means that it's not enough to have an appealing menu... you have to prove it at the table!
Within the framework of Experiencias Boadilla, the restaurants that are already part of the brand thanks to this process were present at the presentation: El Invernadero, La Roca and Alilian.
Also present were some of the restaurants vying for the brand, such as Gasterea, La Lonja, and El Buey.
And there were also very special mentions within the category Distinguished Establishments, which recognizes businesses that stand out for their offering beyond traditional restoration.
