This tasting will reveal the magic of these wines from southern Spain, whose unique character is shaped by the albariza soil where the vines grow and their distinctive aging process using the solera and criadera system.<\/p>\n
Through tasting 5 wines<\/strong> We will see the evolution of the different styles of Jerez and their colors, from the pale of fino to the opacity of pedro xim\u00e9nez, passing through oloroso, amontillado and palo cortado.<\/p>\n The tasting of the colors of Jerez offers a unique chromatic palette full of flavors and nuances<\/p>\n In a relaxed chat, we'll explain how these unique wines are made and aged.
