From there,<strong> <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"http:\/\/www.cecinadechivodevegacervera.es\/\" target=\"_blank\">TAVITO MEATS<\/a><\/strong>, delighted us with an exquisite cured goat meat from Vegacervera, a guaranteed brand, which we accompanied with a Prieto Picudo crianza DO Le\u00f3n wine from the <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.vilelafinca.es\/\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>VILE LA FINCA WINERY  <\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-28f84493 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/entre-cepas.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/Adecoar-Imagen-I-1-1-1.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-8524\" title=\"\"><figcaption><a href=\"https:\/\/adecoar.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">https:\/\/adecoar.com\/<\/a><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/entre-cepas.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/Restaurantes-en-Red-1-1-768x1024.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-8525\" title=\"\"><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Between the courses of the Arlanza and Arlanz\u00f3n rivers, in the center of the province of Burgos, we find the Arlanza region. An endless steppe landscape dotted with dovecotes, a symbol of mud-brick architecture. Of particular note are the Visigothic basilica of San Juan de Ba\u00f1os and the traditional neighborhoods with their underground wine cellars (Baltan\u00e1s, Torquemada, Astudi\u00f1o, and Due\u00f1as).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>From the <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.alimentosdepalencia.com\/miembros\/la-taperia-vdb\/\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>VDB Tapestry Shop<\/strong><\/a> (Venta de Ba\u00f1os) brought us a typical Palencia-style vegetable stew. Another dish we tasted from this area was oven-baked garlic soup. Delicious dry garlic soups. From this area, we were joined by the rural hotel, <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.eljardindelahuerta.es\/\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>THE GARDEN OF THE ORCHARD<\/strong> <\/a> with its mushroom tartlet with crispy leek from Sahag\u00fan and <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.lamaravillosa.es\/\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>THE WONDERFUL<\/strong><\/a> (Valderas) with its cod tapa with garlic sauce. The wine that accompanied both dishes was GURDOS, a ros\u00e9 made from Prieto Picudo grapes from the DO Le\u00f3n region. <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.gordonzello.com\/\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>GONDONZELLO WINERY<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-28f84493 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/entre-cepas.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/Finca-Montepedroso-5-1-768x1024.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-8544\" title=\"\"><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>This wonderful experience culminated in a visit to the winery. <strong>MONTEPEDROSO ESTATE <\/strong>of the <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/familiamartinezbujanda.com\/\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>Mart\u00ednez Bujanda Family<\/strong><\/a> in the Valladolid municipality of Rueda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>All of this was made possible thanks to Rafael Guzm\u00e1n and Asunci\u00f3n Lis\u00f3n de  <strong>AURA TOURISM<\/strong> who were our organizers and travel companions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> We hope to return soon!!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Restauraci\u00f3n en Red es un proyecto cooperativo desarrollado por 6 Grupos de Acci\u00f3n Local con el fin de apoyar al sector hostelero, duramente castigado por el COVID19.
