In a single wine corridor, the queens of Spanish viticulture were represented, very successfully in my opinion.<\/p>\n<p>There was time for excitement, as Diego Hern\u00e1ndez once again achieved the Guinness World Record and proved that he is the best ham cutter in the world by cutting more than 10.4 kilos of Guijuelo ham and 2160 slices, and the kitchens of Evarist Miralles and David Vizca\u00edno have taken to Valencia a prize of 6000 euros and all the admiration of the profession, proclaiming themselves the best cooks in Spain in the XIII championship of their category.<\/p>\n<p>Black olive ice cream, recipe books with edible pages, infusions that sprout inside a cup, and ultimately products of exceptional quality and novelties that surprise the world of gastronomy every year are what we have found again in this anniversary edition of the Salon.<\/p>\n<p>The next meeting is in March 2012 and if they let us... we&#039;ll be there.<\/p>\n<p>Congratulations !!!<\/span><\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Por Mar S\u00e1nchez Hoy cerrar\u00e1 sus puertas la XXV edici\u00f3n del Sal\u00f3n de Gourmets celebrada en el recinto ferial de Ifema en Madrid.
